The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.Support sales and business development teams with lead follow-ups and client communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property transaction processes.
Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, agreements, and documentation.
Assist in organizing property visits, site tours, and promotional events.
Resolve client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales and account reports to the management.
Stay updated with industry trends, property market insights, and competitor activities.
