The candidate must have strong exposure to project-based selling and a proven track record of managing professional client relationships within the building materials sector.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of decorative building materials and expanding our market presence in the Pune region. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively interact with industry professionals, understand their requirements, and offer suitable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management

Establish, develop, and maintain effective business relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure continuous business and customer satisfaction. Maintain a strong database of potential clients and key decision makers.
Sales Promotion & Market Development

Promote and present the company's products such as plywood, laminates, veneers, and panels to target customers. Conduct product demonstrations, sample presentations, and meetings to generate interest and inquiries. Identify new business opportunities within the Pune region and increase market penetration.
Sales Achievement

Work towards achieving assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Meet individual performance goals while contributing to the team's overall growth. Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, quotations, and orders to close sales effectively.
Field & Reporting Activities

Visit project sites, client offices, and market areas regularly for sales activities. Keep track of competitor activities, product trends, and market demands. Prepare weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and client feedback updates for management review.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹18,000 - ?25,000 per month Additional Benefits: Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,964.28 - ₹25,066.33 per month
