Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats--

front desk management, HR operations, learning coordination, and employee engagement

. You will be the

first face of the organization

, a go-to person for employees, and a key contributor to building a positive and energetic workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Administration

Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and candidates, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Manage front desk operations, calls, couriers, and office communication. Coordinate vendors, housekeeping, and office maintenance. Manage office supplies, assets, and administrative records. Vendor onboarding, evaluation and compliance check Support smooth day-to-day office operations in a dynamic IT environment.
HR Operations & Employee Support

Assist in end-to-end onboarding including documentation, orientation, and new-joiner engagement.. Act as a friendly and approachable HR contact for employee queries. Support HR policies, internal communication, and basic compliance activities.
Learning & Development (L&D) Support

Coordinate internal technical and soft-skills training programs. Manage training calendars, session logistics, attendance, and feedback. Support certification programs and upskilling initiatives for IT teams. Help track training effectiveness and prepare simple L&D reports.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as festivals, birthdays, team events, fun Fridays, and townhalls. Support onboarding engagement initiatives to help new hires settle quickly. Conduct engagement surveys and help translate feedback into action. Actively contribute ideas to strengthen company culture and employee morale.
What We're Looking ForQualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in an

HR & Admin role

, preferably in an

IT company

. Hands-on experience in office administration and people coordination. Exposure to L&D coordination and employee engagement activities.
Skills & Traits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, approachable, and people-focused personality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRMS tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?420,000.00 per year
