Responsibilities:
Handling end to end recruitments by scheduling job interviews, screening & evaluating the candidates in coordination with the management committee.
Manage document verification, joining formalities, and offer letters.
Conducting orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
Managing the attendance sytem.
Prepare timely salaries of the employees.
Carry out employee engagement activities & tainings
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail as per the requirement.
Preparing expense reports, memos and invoices
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
Work in coordination with the team for accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other tasks assigned by the organization.
Required Skills
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Should have computer skills (Microsoft Office, e-mails, etc.)
Specialization in handling HR & back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
Qualification:
Graduate or post-graduate in human resource/ commerce or relevant field.
Experience:
Maximum 1-3 years of experience in HR related work.
