AdsCult is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. WordPress Developer who can work on WordPress websites, theme customization, page-building, and basic development tasks. If you're someone who enjoys building clean, functional, and responsive websites -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Build complete WordPress websites, set up themes, configure plugins, customize layouts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything aligns with design, performance, and functionality requirements. Create responsive, visually clean pages using Elementor (or similar builders). Customize sections and widgets, apply styling, ensure proper alignment, smooth UX flow, and mobile optimization. Work on theme customization, plugin integration, and plugin editing, including modifying existing plugins/theme to match project requirements. Perform website migration tasks (from one server to another, staging to production, domain changes, backup/restore, database migration). Create clean, optimized layouts using HTML/CSS for desktops, tablets, and mobiles. Handle minor JavaScript tasks and basic PHP modifications when required. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain fast website performance. Conduct website testing, debugging, and general maintenance. Collaborate with the web team to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality output. Coordinate with clients when needed for requirement gathering and project updates. Stay updated with new tools, plugins, and WordPress trends. Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development. Proficiency in WordPress CMS, including setup, configuration, and admin management. Expertise in Elementor or similar page builders (WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg, etc.). Ability to customize and edit plugins, including minor feature modifications and troubleshooting. Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP for theme and plugin adjustments. Basic understanding of JavaScript/jQuery for front-end interactions and quick fixes. Hands-on experience with WordPress migration (hosting changes, staging to live, backup/restore, database migration). Familiarity with cPanel, hosting environments, file manager, and server-level basics. Understanding of SEO basics, on-page structure, and site performance optimization. Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across all devices. Knowledge of Git or basic version control (optional but preferred). Ability to troubleshoot common WordPress errors like 500 errors, plugin conflicts, and theme issues.
