Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior US IT Recruiter

to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT talent for our US-based clients. You should have experience working in the US staffing industry and a strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen potential candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms. Understand and analyze job requirements shared by clients and hiring managers. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate salaries and close candidates. Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Stay up to date with market trends and latest technologies in the IT domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing. Familiarity with visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.

Person should be staying within 10 -12 km' s to our office location or should be relocated in hostels nearby to office location.
