About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer
to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that solve real user problems.
What We're Looking For:
Basic English communication skills is an absolute must
Portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects that showcase thoughtful interactions designs with modern/ visually appealing UI
Proficiency in Figma, including strong understanding of Auto Layout
Can clearly explain design decisions -- what was chosen, why, and the business/ technical trade-offs considered
Extensive experience working with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience collaborating with other designers to utilize a shared design system
Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Creativity, curiosity & a problem-solving mindset with strong time management skill
Experience working on highly complex, B2B projects
Strong grasp of accessibility guidelines
Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS
Nice to Have
:Previous experience working on highly technical and complex projects
Experience building and maintaining design systems
Understanding of data visualization basics
Previous experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
