Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts. The ideal candidate will use this information to help us create the best user experience possible for our website and mobile applications as well as Client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze user behavior and preferences through usability testing. Create Marketing collateral aligned with brand identity and market trends Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Canva, Looka, DALL-E, Runway ML Collaborate with senior designers to refine concepts and iterate on designs. Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, Adobe Sensei,Lumen5) for graphics and layout. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Gather and analyze feedback to improve the user experience. Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Integrate new design methodologies and tools into the workflow.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly. A teamwork attitude, willing to take on extra tasks and see them through. Acute attention to detail and problem-solving graphics UI/UX skills are also necessary attributes for the role.

Education and Qualification:

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for IT services & digital Products. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma, Canva, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), web, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. A team player but can work independently too. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
