Key Responsibilities:
Interpret design briefs, drawings, and work orders received from the design/sales team
Prepare and review stitching details, pleat styles, headings, and finish specifications
Coordinate with tailors and workshop staff for correct execution of designs
Ensure measurements, fabric usage, lining, and accessories are as per approved details
Conduct quality checks during and after stitching
Resolve design-related queries from the workshop team
Maintain design and sample records at the workshop
Assist in sampling and new design development when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Interior-related field (preferred)
2-4 years of experience in curtains, upholstery, or soft furnishings
Good understanding of curtain styles, stitching methods, headings, and finishes
Ability to read measurements, drawings, and job cards accurately
Strong coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
