. System and network Configuring and maintaining the environments


. Monitoring the environments for performance and availability issues


. Troubleshooting problems that occur in the environments.


Good to have:


. Lufthansa business and connectivity model from offshore


. Hardware Troubleshooting, Network Testing


. Know-how of Drivers and softwareaEUR(TM)s installation


. Troubleshoot Enterprise applications hosted on windows server


This role reports to - Test Lead /Technical Manager -LCAG TF


Location - Bangalore and will travel to client location on short term

Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include


. Identify and define the performance test scenarios based on the requirements


. Create / check /track Service Requests


. Working with developers and testers to ensure that the environments meet their needs


. Migrating the on-premises environment to the cloud.


. Implementing the Azure DevOps pipeline to monitor applications

Technical Qualifications

Automation Testing


TEM support, must have Network/ System Administrator , Amazon Web Services (AWS) and with good communication skills
