LILO (LIVELOCAL E-COMM PRIVATE LIMITED) is a fast-growing e-commerce platform that connects customers with trusted local stores and service providers. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who can drive customer engagement and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to promote products, services, and offers. Engage customers effectively, explain benefits clearly, and convert leads into sales. Send bulk promotional and follow-up messages to customers through the system. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular communication. Handle inbound and outbound queries with professionalism and a customer-first approach. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and performance benchmarks. Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, leads, and conversions in the system.

Requirements

Proficiency in customer communication (verbal & written). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenges effectively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, messaging platforms). Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
