Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle problems using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Identify and replace worn or damaged parts, such as spark plugs, filters, and belts
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide estimates and explanations of repairs
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the automotive industry
