We are seeking a polite, patient, and customer-focused
Jr. Customer Support Executive
to join our support team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Log, track, and follow up on customer issues until resolution
Escalate complex or unresolved queries to senior support teams
Maintain customer records and support documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Ensure adherence to service quality and response time standards
Support customers during live operations when required
Requirements
Master's degree (MBA) (preferred)
0-2 years of experience in customer support or service roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
Willingness to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
Exposure to fintech, trading, or software-based customer support
Multilingual communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
Basic understanding of customer service metrics and SLAs
