Job Role & Responsibilities:

Installation and servicing of IoT-based devices (GPS, iTank, AWS, etc.) Attend on-site and remote service calls for technical support and troubleshooting Perform routine checks, maintenance, and documentation Coordinate with the service and R&D teams for issue resolution Provide detailed reports on service tasks and installations Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and effective solutions Maintain proper records of service logs, materials used, and field reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I

or other electronics/electrical-related streams 0-2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome) Willingness to learn and work in the field Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
