We help B2B teams scale revenue through strategy-led marketing, ABM, and performance-driven execution. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a junior Talent Sourcer to support our talent acquisition efforts.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a junior Talent Sourcer, you will support end-to-end hiring activities across marketing, sales, and business roles. You'll work closely with the hiring manager to understand role requirements, source relevant candidates, and manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and assess candidate fit based on role requirements Conduct initial candidate calls to evaluate communication skills, aptitude, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate hiring trackers and recruitment documentation Support employer branding and hiring campaigns as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good aptitude for assessing candidate profiles and role alignment Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously Basic understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing platforms

GOOD TO HAVE

Exposure to hiring for digital marketing, B2B, or tech roles Understanding of digital marketing functions (content, performance, ABM, growth roles) Experience using Naukri or similar sourcing tools
