Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:
Handle the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future roles.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Administrative Support:
Manage attendance, leave records, and office documentation.
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and maintenance tasks.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and HR events.
Support management in daily operational activities.
Maintain HR files, records, and confidentiality of employee information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in hiring for IT or service-based companies preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of HR software or ATS is a plus.
