Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and update hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory or similar environments.
Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and internet-related issues.
Ensure system backups, data recovery, and security measures are in place and up to date.
Assist in implementing and enforcing IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
