Job Description

Job Title: Junior System Administrator

Location: Sector 34A, Chandigarh

Experience:3 month to 1yr

Department: IT / Infrastructure

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain

servers, systems, and network infrastructure

. Install, configure, and update

hardware, operating systems, and software applications

. Manage

user accounts, permissions, and access controls

in Active Directory or similar environments. Provide

technical support

for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues. Troubleshoot

network connectivity

, VPN, and internet-related issues. Ensure

system backups, data recovery, and security measures

are in place and up to date. Assist in implementing and enforcing

IT policies, security standards, and best practices

. Support

email systems

, cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365), and antivirus tools. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software procurement and maintenance. Document all IT processes, issues, and resolutions for reference and reporting.
