Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
Handle customer interactions with grace, confidence, and professionalism
Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store aesthetics
Monitor inventory, billing, and basic reporting
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and staffing
Required Skills & Qualities
Elegant, well-groomed, and presentable personality
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Assamese preferred)
Strong leadership and team-handling ability
Customer-centric mindset with a pleasant attitude
Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales management
Experience & Eligibility
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in retail management
Experience in jewellery / fashion / premium retail will be an advantage
