We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement the post of Jr. Store In Charge for Manufacturing Industry.

:

Position: Jr. Store In Charge

Education:- Any Graduate or HS

Responsibility:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock. Manage cash handling, including cash register operations and reconciliations. Implement promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic.

Experience: 1year -4 years

Salary: 12k - 20k per month(Negotiable)

Location: Howrah, Malda
