Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic

Jr. and Sr. Import Export Executives

to manage and support import-export operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance activities. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring smooth international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate import/export documentation. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade policies. Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners. Track shipments and update internal teams. Maintain accurate records and support smooth customs clearance. Resolve shipment or documentation issues. (Sr. Role) Lead operations, optimize processes, and manage container handovers (rail/road). Jr.: 1 to 2 years experience. Sr.: Proven experience in import/export operations. Knowledge of import/export regulations. Good communication & coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
