Hiring Position: Sous Chef - Peruvian & South American Cuisine
We are looking for a talented and passionate
Sous Chef
with strong experience in
Peruvian cuisine
and a good understanding of
South American flavors
.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing full kitchen operations.
Lead and train kitchen staff; maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
Contribute to menu development, R&D, and new dish creation.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Manage inventory, food cost, and minimize waste.
Requirements:
4-6 years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Peruvian cuisine; South American culinary knowledge is a plus.
Skilled in kitchen operations, food safety, and modern cooking techniques.
Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team leader.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
