Company Policy:

Fresher's Policy: Package: Starting 3 months' salary will be 12500/- Gross monthly and next 9 months it will be 21100/- Gross monthly (for first year) Policy: - 2.8yrs written commitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining applications under the guidance of senior team members Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using standard programming practices Work on programming languages such as

Java, Python, C, C++, JavaScript, PHP, and C#, HTML, CSS, and databases

based on project requirements Perform basic debugging, issue fixing, and unit testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and analysts Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve code quality Learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as required Maintain basic technical documentation and follow development standards

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

(B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc - Freshers only)

Familiarity with

version control tools

like Git is an added advantage Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
