Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, track campaign effectiveness, and optimize content for maximum reach and impact. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction on social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas, campaigns, and promotions to support business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media platforms for personal or professional use, including content creation, posting, and engagement. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
