We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced jr.

Site Supervisor

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs and interior plans. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to the schedule. Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily reports, material inventories, and safety inspections. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and work to resolve them promptly. Ensure proper handling of materials, equipment, and machinery on-site. Report project status to senior management and assist with any required documentation.

Requirements:

Hsc, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (3+ years) as ajr. Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the architecture or construction industry. Having knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
