Job Description

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work quality, managing labour and contractors, and coordinating with the project team to complete the project as per design, schedule, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

Strong understanding of structural elements--RCC, steel, foundations. Proficiency in construction materials, concrete mix, and quality control. o Working knowledge of surveying instruments and interpretation of drawings. Familiarity with relevant codes: IS standards, BIS, IRC, MORT&H. Basic knowledge of estimation, costing, and quantity surveying.

Practical / Site Skills

Hands-on experience in site supervision, shuttering checking, reinforcement checking, curing, etc. Problem-solving ability for common site issues. Understanding of construction equipment and machinery.

Preferred Experience

Experience high-rise building projects. Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project/Primavera). Minimum 02 years' experience require in high-rise or infrastructure projects
