Junior Site Engineer

to support day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.

Position Overview:

The

Junior Site Engineer

will assist the senior engineering team in supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality of work, coordinating with labor teams, and maintaining site records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of construction site duties and the ability to support efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising daily construction activities at the site. Coordinate with laborers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion. Assist in checking materials, measurements, and work quality as per drawings and specifications. Report daily progress to the Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager. Support in material planning, tracking, and ensuring availability on-site. Maintain proper documentation of site activities, material receipts, and attendance. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Assist in resolving basic technical or site-related issues with guidance from senior staff. Help with site inspections, measurements, and billing-related documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum

3+ years of experience

in site engineering within the construction industry. Basic understanding of construction drawings, site supervision, and labour management. Knowledge of construction materials and standard site procedures. Ability to work efficiently under supervision and support project operations. Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
