We are looking for a Junior Service Engineer to support installation, servicing, and maintenance of laser cutting machines. The role involves field service support, troubleshooting, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installation, commissioning, and servicing of laser cutting machines
Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Support senior service engineers during site visits
Attend breakdown calls and provide technical support
Maintain service reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and customers for service activities
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems (training will be provided)
Willingness to travel for service support
Good communication and learning attitude
Problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
