About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Jr. Outreach Executive

to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers with less than 1 years of experience who want to build a career in SEO and outreach marketing. As an Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry websites, Influencers to secure backlinks and brand mentions that improve the online visibility of SaaS brands.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify potential websites, bloggers, and influencers for outreach. Build and maintain a database of outreach prospects. Write and send personalized outreach emails to secure backlinks, guest posts, and partnerships. Follow up on outreach campaigns to maximize response and conversion rates. Collaborate with the content team to identify link-building opportunities. Track, measure, and report outreach activities and results. Stay updated with SEO and digital marketing trends, especially in the SaaS domain.

Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Basic understanding of SEO and link-building concepts (training will be provided). Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Ability to use tools like Google Sheets/Excel for managing outreach lists. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, or similar outreach platforms. Interest in SaaS products and technology. Experience in blogging, SEO, content writing, or digital marketing (internships/projects).
