Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels
Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, market trends, and other relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Gathering feedback from clients/customers to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Using this feedback to improve products/services and strengthen client relationships.
Managing the business development budget effectively, allocating resources wisely, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This includes developing sales plans, forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients/customers while also retaining existing ones. This may involve cold calling, networking, relationship building, and maintaining strong client relationships.
IT/ software sales experience is a must.
