Job Title: Sales Administrator / Sales Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
Process customer orders received via email or phone.
Verify accuracy of order details, pricing, and invoices.
Contact clients to obtain missing information and respond to customer queries.
Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain and regularly update sales records and customer databases.
Prepare and submit monthly sales and performance reports.
Communicate important customer feedback and issues to internal teams.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations to management.
Stay up to date with new products, services, and features offered by the company.
Requirements & Skills
Proven work experience as a
Sales Administrator
or
Sales Support Executive
.
Hands-on experience with
CRM software
and
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Good understanding of
sales performance metrics
and reporting.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in the
manufacturing or fabrication industry will be an added advantage
.
Male candidates preferred.
