This role is 70% new business development and sales, and 30% after-sales customer success to ensure long-term client retention.
Responsibilities
Sales (70%)
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients via calls, emails, visits, and networking
Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
Deliver presentations, demos and proposals
Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers/procurement teams
Maintain records in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
After-Sales Support (30%)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction
Handle basic issues and escalate when required
Share reports, documentation and service updates
Nurture accounts for repeat and referral business
Must-Have Skills
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven experience in B2B sales and CRM usage
Basic Excel/reporting skills
Target-driven with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
