Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and manage existing customer relationships.
Convert leads into orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and B2B clients.
Assist customers with queries related to pricing, products, and deliveries.
Manage customer complaints, replacements, and feedback efficiently.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and order reports.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining timely communication and excellent service.
Work closely with marketing and operations to support new launches and promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (FMCG / F&B preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales.
Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn may also apply.
