Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented

Showroom Sales Executive

to handle indoor showroom sales for

ambience and decorative lighting products

. The candidate will be responsible for providing personalized customer service, showcasing lighting solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions. Demonstrate lighting products, explaining features such as tone, dimming, and automation. Maintain attractive product displays and overall showroom presentation. Prepare quotations, handle billing coordination, and follow up on leads. Work closely with the store and accounts team for inventory and payment updates. Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and interior professionals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong product presentation and convincing ability. Basic knowledge of LED, decorative lighting, and home automation systems. Aesthetic sense for design and ambience. Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach. Computer proficiency (MS Office, Billing Software).

Qualification & Experience:

Education:

Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Electrical).

Experience:

0-3 years (lighting / electrical / interior retail experience preferred).

Work Schedule:

Timing:

10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

MONDAY-SATURDAY

Compensation:

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives:

Performance-based
