Job Description

This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1+ years of experience who are eager to learn, develop their sales skills, and grow within the luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing expert advice on products, styles, and trends. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed beautifully and in line with brand standards. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, collections, and industry trends. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Support the sales team with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Requirements:



0-1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (jewellery experience is a plus, but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury retail. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
