We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate team. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, explaining project details, conducting site visits, and helping customers make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from various platforms and follow up regularly
Explain property details, pricing, floor plans, and benefits to customers
Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients
Maintain strong communication and relationship with potential buyers
Update lead status and daily sales activities in CRM/Excel
Achieve monthly sales targets to earn incentives
Coordinate with the internal team for project updates and client requirements
Required Skills + Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred but not compulsory)
Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi; English optional)
Confident personality and customer-friendly behavior
Freshers can apply; experience in sales or real estate is an advantage
Must be comfortable doing field/site visits when required
