As a Junior Sales Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and assisting in the sales process. Key Responsibilities



Client Engagement:

Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.

Sales Support:

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Follow-ups:

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating events
