Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Junior Manager - Safety (EHS)

with a strong background in

construction safety

for deployment in Delhi NCR. The candidate will be on

third-party payroll with Hawksvale UK Pvt. Ltd.

and will ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance, and implementation of EHS standards across construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor

EHS policies and construction site safety procedures

Conduct

risk assessments, hazard identification, and site safety inspections

Ensure compliance with

statutory and legal safety requirements

relevant to construction Maintain

safety records, reports, and documentation

Conduct

toolbox talks, safety trainings, and mock drills

on-site Investigate

accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases

and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with

site teams, contractors, and management

to enforce safety standards Promote and maintain a

strong safety culture

at construction sites

Required Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E.

ADIS / PDIS

Diploma in Industrial Safety

Experience Requirements

Minimum

4 years of experience in safety roles specifically in the construction industry

Experience in

construction site audits, compliance, and safety management

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

construction safety laws, standards, and best practices

Excellent

communication and coordination skills

Ability to

work independently on construction sites

Strong

documentation and reporting skills

Compensation & Employment Details

Salary:
