Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs for workers. Maintain records of safety-related documentation including permits, checklists, and audits. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company safety standards. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability. Coordinate emergency drills (fire, evacuation, etc.) and maintain readiness plans. Liaise with government authorities during safety inspections or audits. Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement.

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/EEE) Certification in Safety (ADIS/PDIS) Minimum 5 years of relevant safety experience in [construction/oil & gas/manufacturing] industry Knowledge of applicable safety laws and regulations
