Job Summary
As a Junior Research Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our media and product teams by conducting research on various technology tools, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to enhance day-to-day productivity, user experience, and market performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, SEO team, and product managers, to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research on latest tools, market trends, user preferences, and competitor apps to identify opportunities for innovation.
Tools Implementation: Shortlist suitable tools / software / technologies which are suitable for use case and implementation them to the concern team by training, monitoring and improvement.
Analysis: Analyze user data, app performance metrics, and feedback to uncover trends and provide recommendations for improving app features and user engagement.
User Behavior Insights: Support the team in understanding user behavior through surveys, user testing, and analytics tools.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor app features, pricing, and market positioning to inform development strategies.
Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including product managers and developers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the app development team to align research findings with project goals and timelines.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends in AI tools in market and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (any)
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in research. Internships or academic projects in app development or market research are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with using basic technology tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Sheets).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and communicating with potential tool vendors.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
Preferred:
Experience with survey design or user research methodologies.
