We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Sourcing:
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Post job openings on job portals, company website, and other platforms.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media, and job portals.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews, screen candidates' qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Candidate Management:
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and manage candidate expectations.
4. Employer Branding:
Promote the company's values, culture, and work environment to attract top talent.
Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.
5. Onboarding:
Managing induction and on boarding formalities, Policy formulation and Process implementation
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. A Master's degree or recent graduate program completion is advantageous.
Experience:
0-1 years of work experience, internships, or projects in education, technology, business, or related areas is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and interact

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
