Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process for roles like Developers, QA, Designers, and Team Leads.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Review resumes, conduct initial HR screening, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Assist in onboarding and HR operational tasks when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
6 months - 1 years of IT recruitment experience (freshers with internship in IT hiring can also apply).
Familiarity with IT job roles (e.g., Flutter, iOS, Android, Laravel, MERN, QA, UI/UX).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements at once and meet deadlines.
