Job Description
We are looking for The ideal candidate who will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate\'s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
- Sourcing & Screening resumes from top job portals.
- Conducting telephonic interviews.
- Conducting face-to-face interview rounds with company managers.
- Lining up candidates based on shortlisting.
- End-to-End Recruitment.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
- With good spoken and written English communication skills. With good interpersonal skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
- Skills in database management and record keeping. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
