We specialize in Influencer Marketing, specifically on YouTube, and focus solely on this to set us apart from other agencies. Location - Mumbai (On site) Role Description This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Recruiter role at Getsetfly Media. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants\' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Onboarding and Offboarding process.
• Promoting the company\'s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

Job Specification

• Experience in Recruitment (preferrable)
• Internship in Recruitment is mandatory
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
