Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards.
Support background checks, document collection, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Generate recruitment-related reports as needed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is an advantage.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR internship preferred.
