Screen resumes and shortlist
candidates based on job criteria.
Conduct telephonic and initial interviews
to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule
interviews with clients.
Maintain and update
the recruitment database daily.
Build and maintain relationships
with candidates and clients.
Meet weekly/monthly targets
and deadlines for closures.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and post-placement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (HR preferred).
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing (preferably with a placement agency).
Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
