JOB DESCRIPTION - REBAR ESTIMATOR

key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate rebar quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings. Prepare bar lists and summaries based on the project scope. Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and project specifications. Incorporate client-specific requirements into the estimation process. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to clarify project details. Resolve discrepancies in project plans or specifications. Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals and estimation reports. Maintain organized records of all estimates and supporting documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

1 - 3 years of experience in rebar estimation is preferred. 2 Years of experience in site engineer/Supervisor Freshers can also apply

Skills

:

Proficiency in estimation software. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
