Key Responsibilities

Prepare

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

, quantity take-offs, and material requirement sheets for various project stages. Perform

cost estimation

, rate analysis, and budget preparation for civil, structural, and finishing works. Verify, check, and

certify contractor/vendor bills

and coordinate with site teams for measurement verification. Track project costs, monitor budget vs. actual expenses, and report variances. Support procurement by providing cost comparisons, rate justification, and assisting in

tendering and bid analysis

. Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Assist in managing

change orders / variation claims

with proper documentation. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for timely execution. Maintain proper documentation of quantities, bills, and cost reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field.

Pay: ?20,436.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
