Responsibilities
Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and bid comparison.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost variations.
Verify and process contractor/subcontractor bills.
Conduct site measurements and material reconciliation.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and consultants.
Maintain accurate records and support cost control reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in QS / Cost Estimation within construction/real estate/infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software.
Good knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and billing processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with local codes, market rates, and contract standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
