We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Junior Purchase Executive

to support our procurement team at

Laya Tech Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services as per company requirements.

Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken & written) is mandatory

for effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying reliable vendors and suppliers for materials and services. Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate for cost-effective purchasing. Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications. Follow up with vendors on order status, delivery schedules, and ensure timely supply. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier data, and payment status. Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately. Handle invoice verification, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and support accounts for payment processing. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain professional relationships with them. Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (freshers with strong interest can apply). Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Team player with good organizational and analytical skills.
